Elixir Legal (“Firm”) is a boutique transaction and corporate advisory firm.
We assist Indian companies in inorganic expansion and growth through M&A, corporate restructuring, insolvency, due diligence, contract and compliance management and assists foreign companies/clients in setting up or doing business in India, undertaking cross border transactions, joint ventures and works with foreign law firms in advising their clients for Indian laws.
We have a specific focus on assisting Indian startups on investments, restructuring, due diligence, contracts negotiation, legal works and regulatory & compliance management. We work with the startups and founders closely in their growth journey and expansion.
Firm is founded by senior professionals, who, in addition to law degrees, also hold other professional qualifications and have had over more than 25 years of experience of working with India’s premier corporate houses in both in-house and advisory roles. The dual legal and commercial background in terms of education and significant experience of the team members in the Indian/Global corporate and commercial world enables us to assist our clients holistically in all aspects of a transaction.
