Ashutosh is a law graduate and company secretary with around 15 years of significant industry experience in corporate law advisory, due diligence, corporate compliances, secretarial audit, mergers and acquisitions, corporate debt restructuring, contracts, capital market laws and foreign exchange regulations.

Ashutosh has been advising many multinational and Indian companies on legal, compliance and regulatory matters and has represented venture capital funds, financial institutions, Indian and multinational corporate houses on full range of their operations and worked in close association with several international law firms.

Ashutosh is also M.Com. (Business Policy & Corporate Governance) and holds Diploma in Cyber Laws.

Ashutosh is the resident head of the Firm’s Delhi office.
