Dhiraj  is a lawyer and company secretary, having around 25 years of significant inhouse/advisory experience in fund raising, cross-border investments, M&A, corporate re-structuring, IPO management, exits, commercial contracts, joint ventures, exchange control regulations, commercial litigation, arbitration, commercial settlements, dispute resolution, insolvency laws, due diligence, legal strategies, regulatory issues and general corporate compliances across diverse sectors from aviation, real estate, e-commerce, financial services, media & entertainment, e-commerce, hospitality and startups. 

Over the years, Dhiraj has independently handled many complex commercial and cross-border transactions and has also worked on full range of business operations and corporate restructuring. Dhiraj as in-house legal counsel has briefed and co-ordinated with many of the top lawyers and law firms in India, London, Singapore and Mauritius and worked in close association with several Indian and International corporate advisory firms. Dhiraj has also handled various commercial matters in the Supreme Court of India and various high courts and NCLTs at Hyderabad, Amravati, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bengaluru and Chandigarh. 

Dhiraj has advised large number of MNC clients like Coca-Cola, Perfetti, Motorola, Gillette, Baxter, Metso, Telstra, NDC, Panasonic, NDTV etc. Dhiraj has handled corporate restructuring transactions like delisting, relisting, buy back, right issues, foreign inward and outward investments and obtained various approvals and sanctions from FIPB, RBI, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, NCLT, NCLAT, MCA, ROC and other regulatory authorities. 

Dhiraj, in his last stint as Founder and General Partner of SucSEED, has invested in handled more than 80 startups engaged in Fintech, Enterprise SAAS, Edtech, Gaming, Media-tech, Sports-tech, Mobility and Lifestyle sectors and was mentoring many of them for their businesses and growth. 

Dhiraj is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London and an empaneled Independent Director with the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. Dhiraj is also a Charter Member of TiE and a Mentor & member of Advisory Board of CIMP-Business Incubation and Innovation Foundation. 

Dhiraj is the Managing Partner and resident head of the Firm’s Hyderabad office.
